Your data

Delete your data

There's no account to close. Everything Hangover Free knows lives on your phone, so removing it is entirely in your hands — here's how.

Hangover Free has no login, no account and no cloud copy of your information. Your day count, streak, reasons, journal entries, letters, moods, milestones and settings are stored only on your device. That means there is nothing on a server tied to your name — deleting your data is something you do on your phone, and it's immediate and complete.

Delete everything on your phone

Either of these removes all of your Hangover Free data permanently:

Both are irreversible, so export a backup first (More → Your data) if you want to keep a copy.

Anonymous usage counts

If you left "Share anonymous counts" on, the app sends anonymous, aggregate-level events (which screens were opened) with no name, account or persistent identifier attached — there is no per-person record that could be looked up or removed, because nothing is ever linked to you. You can stop it entirely at any time in More → Your data. See the privacy policy for exactly what's collected.

Purchases

If you bought the upgrade, that transaction is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat, tied to a random identifier rather than your name or email. Purchase records held by Google are managed through your Google account; deleting the app does not affect your ability to restore a purchase you've already made.

Need help, or want us to act on a request?

Because we hold no account and nothing that identifies you, there's normally nothing for us to delete on our side. But if you have any question about your data, or want to make a formal deletion request, email us and we'll help: support@hangoverfree.app. We aim to respond within a few days.
