Track your alcohol-free days.
A simple, private tracker for anyone who's decided drinking isn't worth it anymore. Count your days, save your reasons, and see the money and weekends you get back.
Free to use · No account · Works offline · Launching before Dry January
Whatever your reason for drinking less.
Maybe the hangovers started costing you the whole weekend. Maybe the anxiety the next morning stopped being worth it, or you'd just rather wake up clear. Maybe you're taking a break, or you're further along than that.
Any of those is reason enough. There are no steps, no chips, and no "Day 1" unless you want them — just an easy way to count your alcohol-free days and stick with it.
Everything you'd want. Nothing that feels like a clinic.
The proven parts of a sober tracker, in a calm, adult design — closer to a good journal than a dashboard.
Sober-day counter
One-tap check-in, best streak always saved, and hours as well as days in the early going.
Your reasons, when you need them
Write why you're doing this in your own words. The app shows them back to you at milestones and on the hard nights.
A 90-second pause
"Talk me out of it" brings up a breath and your own words — the urge usually passes before it ends.
What you get back
Money saved and weekends reclaimed, tracked automatically — the payoff, made visible.
Health timeline
Sleep, skin, resting heart rate, liver — the science of cutting back, sourced, with no medical claims.
The whole year
A calendar and a year of days at a glance. A slip is just one grey dot — it won't undo your streak.
An off night doesn't undo your progress.
Your best streak and your total alcohol-free days never reset — so one hard night is just one day, not a wipe-out. Record it in one tap and carry on. Most other apps send you back to zero; this one doesn't.
Your data never leaves your phone.
There's no account and no cloud, because there's no server — nothing you write here can be uploaded, sold, or leaked. Export a backup whenever you want. The only thing that ever touches the internet is an optional, anonymous feature count you can switch off, and the day you buy the upgrade.
Free where it counts. Paid where it's fair.
The day counter, your streak, your reasons, the 90-second pause, your history and data export. The things that keep you going are never behind a paywall.
- Upgrade once, or a low subscription — your choice
- The price is shown before you ever tap anything
- No free-trial trap that quietly becomes a charge
- Cancel in two taps; lifetime never renews at all
The upgrade adds themes, deeper insights, custom milestones, letters to your future self, and an app lock — and keeps a one-person app alive without ads.
The things people ask.
Can I use it if I'm in recovery?
Of course. Plenty of people in recovery want exactly this — a simple, private day counter without the pressure. It just doesn't assume recovery: there are no 12 steps or chips built in, so it works whether you're cutting back, taking a break, or done for good. If you think you may be dependent on alcohol, please also talk to a doctor — stopping suddenly can be dangerous.
Do I need an account?
Never. There's no sign-up, no login and no email. Everything lives on your phone and the app works completely offline.
What happens if I drink one night?
You record it in one tap and nothing dramatic happens. Your total alcohol-free days and your best streak don't move — a slip is a single day, not a reset. The whole app is designed so an off night never feels like failure.
Is it free?
The core — the counter, your streak, your reasons, the pause, your history and data export — is free forever. There's an optional one-time upgrade or a low subscription for extras, and the price is always shown up front with no trial trickery.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes. Export a backup file whenever you like and import it on another device. Because there's no account, your data is yours to carry.
Does it work for Dry January or a sober month?
Absolutely — Dry January, Dry July, a sober month, or quietly cutting alcohol out for good. It counts the days with you either way.
Get your weekends back.
A clearer head starts with counting the first day. The counter's ready when you are.
